Hi my name is Mia.

I have worked at Minibugs since August 2022, and I am currently completing my level 3 childcare qualification.

I have a real passion for all our children’s development. I love creating one on one bonds with each of the children and their families and watching them grow and develop into independent little Minibugs – seeing how they develop and having a part of their development is the best thing!

In the future when I have my level 3 qualification, I hope I can work towards becoming one of the room leaders/senior practitioners at Minibugs Wincobank.
